PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun roof device able to reduce the number of parts and the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A tilt interlocking pin 19 is mounted on a tilt interlocking mounting part 46 of a lift guide 15 for interlocking a shade. A second locking piece 61 curved inward is formed on a tip part of this tilt interlocking pin 19. A tilt interlocking pin locking part 65 is integrated with a rear end of a panel holder 62 of a sun shade panel 21. The inside of the tilt interlocking pin locking part 65 is demarcated by an engagement wall 66. When the lift guide 15 for interlocking the shade is moved backward as a movable panel 3 is tilted up, the tilt interlocking pin 19 is also moved backward. The second locking piece 61 is locked to the engagement wall 66, and the sunshade panel 21 is also integratedly moved backward (in the opening direction).
