The invention relates to a sign stand having a sign body with a pole part disposed on the lower end thereof, whereby the pole part of the sign body can be inserted into the bearing plate and releasably locked by means of a ramp/cam latching device embodied on an adapter disposed in the bearing plate for receiving the pole. The adapter is configured as a module and can be releasably fixed in the bearing plate by means of fixing devices. The form of said adapter substantially matches that of the holes made in the bearing plate. The adapter can be inserted into said holes. |
