PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an IC label useful as a delivery label having an IC chip to be accessed by electrostatic coupling, which label is prevented from being accessed. SOLUTION: An IC chip 14 is disposed at a substantially center of a chip holding sheet 12, and both sides are respectively coated or printed with antennas 16, 18 for electrostatic coupling. A perforation line 20 is formed between the chip 14 and the one side antenna 16 so that a half 12a with the chip 14 is easily separable. The half 12a of the sheet 12 is adhered to a mounting sheet 26 with an easily releasable adhesive 24a, and the other half 12b is adhered to the sheet 26 with a more rigid adhesive 24b than the adhesive 24a. |
