PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge droplets from plural discharge openings at one time only by driving a source of vibration, make the source itself of vibration great and use other kinds of materials, enlarge the width of design compared to the conventional type, produce great displacement, and perform spraying of a great amount of droplets. SOLUTION: A pressure chamber 10 is provided with a discharge opening 11 having a nozzle hole 11a opened to the outside, downward on its one end, and an inlet hole 12 on the other end of the face on which the discharge opening 11 is provided, and is connected to a passage 20 through the inlet hole 12. A source 13 of vibration is integrally provided on the upper wall part of the pressure chamber 10, and is installed laterally so that it can reach the upper wall part of other pressure chamber 10 laterally arranged in parallel. When the source 13 of vibration is vibrated, the locked wall parts of the plural pressure chambers 10 are simultaneously changed, and thus the liquids supplied to the respective pressure chambers 10 by means of pressurizing force produced in the pressure chambers 10, are simultaneously discharged from the discharge openings 11 as droplets. |
