PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-lubricant compressor which is excellent in sealing ability in the compression stroke, and permits leakage from a lower chamber of a piston to an upper chamber of the piston in the intake stroke. SOLUTION: In this non-lubricant compressor, the interior of a cylinder 1 and the interior of a crankcase are lubricant-sealed with an oil seal, and a combination gas tight ring 4 is mounted in a ring groove 3 of a piston 2. The piston 2 has an air passage 11, and the air passage 11 is formed by a hole piercing from the top of the piston 2 to the upper surface of the ring groove 3 to communicate a clearance gap between the bottom of the ring groove 3 and the inner peripheral surface of the combination gas tight ring 4 with an upper chamber of the piston 2 in the cylinder 1. The air passage is formed by a groove formed on the upper surface of the ring groove 3 extending from the outer peripheral surface of the piston 2 toward the bottom of the ring groove 3.
