PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling item that can peel the wax from a floor within a short time without problems of malodor and slip by adding a natural mineral or the like and an incineration ash or the like to a common peeling agent. SOLUTION: When the wax is peeled from a floor in cleaning business, a natural mineral or the like and an incineration ash or the like are added to a common peeling agent to improve its peeling effect. The natural mineral used is one selected from loam, muck soil, zeolite, lime, slaked lime, Kikka-seki (stone occurring in Gifu Prefecture Japan and composed of schalstein or diabase and large radially grown crystals of amphibolite), etc. The incineration ash or the like is a product obtained by grinding active carbon or ash. The effect can be enhanced by the addition of natural green leaves, chlorellas, or the like. The peeling item is obtained by adding specified amounts of the natural additives to a common peeling agent comprising a higher alcohol, a surfactant, an alcohol amine, etc., mixing them under agitation, allowing the mixture to settle, and removing the settlings. If the natural additives form blocks which interfere with mixing under agitation, water is added to the additives, and the mixture is heated, if necessary.
