PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic syrup composition which has a controlled pot-life and yields a cured product which has a good weatherability and inhibits yellowing over time. SOLUTION: An acrylic syrup composition contains (A) at least one (meth) acrylic ester chosen from an acrylic ester and a methacrylic ester, (B) an acrylic polymer soluble to component (A), (C) a plasticizer soluble to component (A), (D) a compound having at least two polymerizable bonds within a molecule, (E) a paraffin and/or wax having a melting point of 40 deg.C or higher, (F) a polymerization initiator comprising a peroxide, a sulfur compound, a metal compound and water and (G) a radical-trapping agent.
