PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a chattering of a relay at the time of operation of a remote controller from occurring with an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: This device is formed so that, when a first pulse of an infrared signal S0 from a transmission circuit 23 of a remote controller 13 is input into a receiving circuit 24 of a light receiving unit 19A, a control circuit 26 outputs an ON instruction signal to a relay output circuit 28. By this, contacts 30 and 32 are turned on to operate an AC motor 33. In this case, ON state holding means 27 allows the output of the ON instruction signal to be continued forcibly for a specified time. Thus, a chattering resulting from a spark when the contact 32 is turned on can be prevented.
