PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a continuous wire material around a plurality of bobbins and facilitate hooking operation. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a tubular nozzle for inserting a wire and positioning the wire fed to a bobbin 400, and a servomotor and a rotating drive motor for winding the wire around the winding part 402 and the terminal 401 of the bobbin 400 by moving the nozzle. The axis of the nozzle is sloped to the rotating shaft of the bobbin 400. Therefore, even though, for example, a continuous wire can be wound around a plurality of bobbins 400, it is also possible to facilitate hooking operation of the wire to the terminal 401 of the bobbin 400.
