PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the length of crop as much as possible. SOLUTION: A crop disposing device is operated to remove crop C, generated when a pipe P is cut to given lengths, from the running line of the pipe P. In this case, this disposing device comprises an insertion bar 32 inserted in the crop C and supporting the crop C, and a moving device to move the insertion bar 32 to the external part of the running line and remove the crop C, supported at the insertion bar 32, from the running line.
