PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a separator for separating and recovering micro components of organism such as protein molecules and organelles with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An organism-substance-mixed solution containing a fluorescence- labeled micro-component of an organism, is charged from a charging part into a fine channel member communication with two discharge parts through the branch point from the charging part, and a substance in the solution is made to flow into the fine channel member by applying a voltage to the charging part, and a fluorescence signal is detected by irradiating the branch point of the fine channel member with a laser beam, and the voltage is applied to one of the two discharge parts, depending on the presence of the fluorescence signal labeled to the objective micro-component of the organism, and the solution is recovered from the other discharge part.
