A system for creating, approving, and producing promotional materials comprising a server (16), a database (18), accessible by the server (16), containing a plurality of decision rules (30) for promotional materials, a client outlet device (12) including a communication link with the server (16), an output provider device (22) including a communication link with the server (16), and a customized design for promotional materials submitted from the client output device (12) to the server (16) over the communication link. Software executing on the server receives the customized design from the client output device (12), retrieves the plurality of decision rules for promotional materials from the database (18), reviews the customized design against the decision rules, approves the customized design when comporting to the decision rules, and transmits the approved customized design to the output provider device (22) over the communication link for processing and fulfillment. |
