<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head which can fix a structure member to the head body securely and firmly by forming a metal thermal spraying layer between the head body and the structure member without space and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A concave part 6 which can store a face plate 4 at a side of a face part 2a is formed at a head body 2. The face plate 4 can be fixed to the concave part 6 (the head body 2) so as no to be came out by forming a metal thermal spraying layer 8 by dint of spraying fixed metal between the concave part 6 and the face plate 4 in a state of which the face plate 4 is stored in the concave part 6.</p> |
