<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dephosphorizing method of molten iron, with which the dephosphorizing reaction is improved and the unit requirement of flux is reduced and the quantity of produced slag can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the dephosphorizing method of the molten iron for dephosphorizing by adding the flux into the molten iron in a pretreating furnace 12, the slag composition produced with the dephosphorization is regulated to 1.5-7.0 basicity, 10-25 wt.% FeO and 5-15 wt.% Al2O3. The molten iron temp. at the completing time of the dephosphorization is desirable to be regulated to 1250-1400 deg.C and Al2O3 in the slag is desirable to be adjusted by adding secondary refining slag into the slag produced with the dephosphorization.</p> |
