<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sound generated from the accumulation of inner stresses and make walking feeling tender by filling the hollow part of an OA floor panel with the mixture of a lightweight elastic aggregate and cement. SOLUTION: A filler containing OA floor panel 1 forms an outside outer shape by a metal plate 2, and filler 3 is filled into a hollow part surrounded by the metal plate 2. There are used in the filler a mixture of the recycle material of a glass waste material crushing and molding used bottles or the like, a material obtained by crushing styrene foam and cement. For the cement, fly ash cement is used. Since the strength is large over a long period, the heat of hydration is low and dry compression is small, it is suitable for the filler. For the styrene foam one which has elasticity is used, and the rate of cement occupied in the filler is reduced. As the result, the deformation, such as strain or the like produced by the dryness and temperature change is lessened, and can be absorbed. Thereby the occurrence prevention of sound is attained.</p> |
