PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent storage of heat at the internal part of an elastic body and to prevent deterioration of the elastic body due to heat. SOLUTION: This damper comprises a damper system D1 formed such that a mass 2 is elastically coupled to one side of a hub 1 through an elastic body 3; and a damper system D2 to which a mass 4 is elastically coupled to one side of the hub 1 through an elastic body 5. In this case, peripherally intermittent arcuate window parts 1a and 1b are formed in the hub 1 in correspondence to the elastic bodies 3 and 5 and recessed parts 3a and 5a continued to the window parts 1a and 1b, respectively, are formed in the elastic bodies 3 and 5.
