PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging object mechanism which is capable of dealing with a change in long and short sizes of a hanging object by dividing batons and allows hanging of the hanging object at the different heights of the divided batons. SOLUTION: This hanging object mechanism is constituted by making the batons 4 dividable, providing the baton (the divided baton) on the side to be divided with a pulley 5, installing a wire rope 2 to this pulley 5 and adequately and selectively hooking the other end of this wire rope 2 to a grape wine trellis 8 existing downward from a part of the divided baton 4B or a ceiling by having a prescribed spacing. As a result, there is no need for driving the divided batons by using plural lifting devices and the drooping of the wire rope hanging the batons and the appearing thereof on a stage do not occur.
