PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a rising pocket in a part surrounded by a leakage preventive sheet and a rising belt material by sandwiching rear end parts of an inside sheet and the leakage preventive sheet in an inward folding-back part of a rear end part of an outside sheet. SOLUTION: Since front end parts 2c and 6c and rear end parts 2d and 6d of an inside sheet 2 and a leakage preventive sheet 6 are sandwiched in an inward folding-back part 1a of an outside sheet 1, moisture such as soft feces oozing out of the respective end parts 2c, 2d, 6c and 6d of the hydrophilic inside sheet 2 and the leakage preventive sheet 6 can be stopped by the inward folding-back part 1a of the outside sheet 1. Since rising gather elastic yarn is attached to a rising belt material and rising elastic yarn 11 is attached to the leakage preventive sheet 6, the leakage preventive sheet 6 also largely rises together with the rising belt material to increase capacity of a pocket 12 so as to effectively prevent belly side leakage and back side leakage of soft feces.
