PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent from getting entangled in the washing and uniformly dissolve and release washing powder soap by providing an opening and closing means in the opening portion of a sack of a fine mesh fabric storing the washing powder soap and connecting a float to the sack by a stringy object. SOLUTION: Washing powder soap 10 is put in an opening portion opened by an opening and closing means, and the opening portion is closed by the opening and closing means, and the sack is put in a washing tub together with the washing and water for washing. As a float 4 is connected to the sack 2 by a stringy object 3 of a necessary length, even if the sack 2 moves, entangled in the washing, the sack is pulled upward toward a water surface or in the direction opposite to the flow of water in the washing tub by the buoyancy of the float 4, the sack 2, therefore, can separate from the entangling of the washing. The movement in water different from the case of washing helps the washing powder soap 10 dissolve easily. By connecting the float 4 and the sack 2 by the stringy object 2 of a necessary length, the sack 2 can sink easily into water.
