PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively form motherese capable of drawing the concern of infants in particular by providing the subject device with a harmonic forming means for forming a harmonic structure having a prescribed basic frequency as a fundamental and a sound generating means for making the entire part of the harmonic to alterations by changing the fundamental in a specified range. SOLUTION: This motherese forming device 10 for giving an auditory stimulus to the infant by forming the 'motherese' which is the sound stimulus having the characteristics of the talking voices by a mother, or the like, has a blasting means 13 of a bellows structure. The upper part of the blasting means 13 is pushed in, by which the air in the blasting means 13 is moved into a device body 11 and is made to flow out to a resonance means 12 through a sound producing means 14. At the time of the outflow of the air, the air passes the spacings between the slopes on both sides of a supporting body 15 and a vibrator 18, thereby vibrating the vibrator 18 and generating sounds.
