PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath for an endoscope which is capable of lessening pain to be exerted to a patient and dose not impair perfusion performance. SOLUTION: A sheath body 15 is provided with a deformation part 19 which is deformable to a first tubular shape of bellows alternately and continuously arranged with recessed part 20a and projecting part 20b along its axial direction and a second tubular shape of an approximately cylindrical shape extended in the tubular shape of the bellows. The front end of the sheath body 15 is provided with a C ring 22 which is capable of fixing an insertion part 2 of a flexible scope 1 to the front end of the sheath body 15 by energizing force. Through-holes 21 for perfusion are formed at the recessed parts 21 of a deformed a part 19.
