PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure responsiveness and sensitivity when the combustion temperature of a combustion chamber is detected and to precisely detect abnormal combustion including a misfire by providing a metallic element for generating thermoelectromotive force corresponding to the combustion temperature on the tip of a nozzle body facing the combustion chamber. SOLUTION: An electrode 33 as a metallic element is provided on the tip 21 of a nozzle body 18 facing a combustion chamber 4. Since the electrode 33 faces the tip 21 and the combustion chamber 4, it directly detects the combustion temperature and can precisely detect whether a misfire is generated or not during the engine operation. Since the electrode 33 for detecting the temperature is directly exposed to combustion gas in the combustion chamber 4, responsiveness in relation to fluctuation of the combustion temperature is improved, and a short-period temperature change such as a misfire is reliably detected. Since the electrode 33 only constitutes a simple thermocouple in collaboration with the nozzle body 18, performance deterioration such as deterioration of detecting capabilities caused by sticking of products with combustion is restrained, and the combustion temperature can be stably detected over a long period.
