PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicinal tablets capable of suppressing ulcerogenic adverse effects accompanying administering a nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drug(NSAID) and useful for curing inflammatory symptoms by combining both an NSAID and misoprostol. SOLUTION: This tablet contains (A) a core agent containing NSAID (preferably, piroxicam, diclofenac or their salts, e.g. diclofenac sodium) and (B) a film coating agent coated on the core agent and containing (i) a polymer (preferably povidon, a water-soluble cellulose derivative, e.g. hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) and (ii) misoprostol. The weight ratio of the ingredient i to the ingredient ii is preferably 10-100. The tablet preferably contains further an enteric coating agent between the ingredient A and the ingredient B.
