PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bridge phenomenon in a bottom of a hopper by providing a spring plate connected onto the upper surface of a spiral shaft by pressure and providing the spiral shaft side with a projection for intermittently making the spring plate jump up following the rotation, when the spiral shaft is provided in an opening in the bottom of the hopper for storing beans. SOLUTION: A bottom opening of a hopper 11 journals a spiral shaft 12 supported horizontally so as to accumulate and hold beans coming from a main hopper 10, and a rod-like rail member 13 extending in parallel with the spiral shaft 12. One side wall 11c of the hopper 11 supports a base of a spring plate 18 with a tip connected onto the upper surface of the spiral shaft 12, and the peripheral surface of the spiral shaft 12 is provided with a projection 19 for making the tip of the spring plate 18 jump up following the rotation of the spiral shaft 12. When the beans thrown into the main hopper 10 flow down in the hopper 11, the spiral shaft 12 is rotated. Then, the spring plate 18 is intermittently played, and thereby bridge occurrence of the beans is prevented in the hopper 11.
