PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stuff to be filled from being adhered to and deposited on a periphery of a discharge opening, and to dispense with the cleaning of a nozzle to fill the stuff cooled to the temperature not higher than 0C deg. in a container by passing a fluid of the temperature exceeding 0C deg. in a flow passage formed inside or around the nozzle. SOLUTION: A cut nozzle to fill a highly viscous stuff consisting of ground fish meat cooked to the temperature not higher than 0C deg. into a container has a discharge passage 2 with its lower end as a discharge opening 1, a piston 16 to push out the stuff is stored in a cylinder 4 connected to an upper part thereof, and a measuring cylinder 9 to feed the stuff to a feed passage 7 connected to a side part thereof is continuously provided. A flow passage for a fluid in the piston 16 is formed, a regular tap water is distributed therethrough to insulate the temperature of the piston 16. The cooling condition of the stuff is appropriately maintained, and the piston 16 is prevented from being overcooled while preventing the degradation of the stuff, and the stuff is prevented from being adhered to and deposited on a tip of the piston.
