PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of movable members and to transfer to a semi- packaged article is done in a short time by fixing at least a part of apparatuses concerning a frame and a supply apparatus, and installing an apparatus which holds the surface of a mold always in parallel to the surface itself at an optional position of a route. SOLUTION: In an apparatus 50, a frame for supporting a supply apparatus (belt) 52 sending molds 53 is installed. Each surface of the mold 53 is moved in parallel with the surface itself by the belt 52. In a section S1, a blank meets the upper surface of the mold 53, and in a section S2, a folding part is folded by a pair of rollers 57. In a section S3, the folding part is folded by a pair of rollers 58, 59, and in a section S4, a mark is formed on the outer surface. Next, an adhesive substance is given to the inner surface of a folding part in a section S5, and the folding part is contacted with an inclined plane 64 for folding in a section S6. Next, the folding part is folded at a right angle by a pair of belts 66 via section S7, and in a section S8, a semi-packaged article is discharged from the mold 53.
