A portable tank (12) defines a chamber (58) within which is disposed a liner (40) having a sealing interface with a tank discharge assembly (60) and this discharge assembly (60) virtually eliminate any risk that contents of the tank (12) will seep or flow into the space outside of the liner (40) and between the liner (40) and the inner walls of the tank (12). The method of installing and using the liner system are disclosed. |
