The invention concerns a washing or cleansing product portion, in particular to be placed in a washing machine or in a dish-washer to operate a programme in an aqueous phase. Said portion contains at least a measured amount of a preparation with detergent action and at least a water-soluble polymer material comprising the measured amount(s) of at least a preparation with detergent action. At least a constituent of at least one of the preparations with detergent action is also contained in the water-soluble polymer material and/or at least a constituent of the water-soluble material is also contained in one of the preparations with detergent action. The invention also concerns a package for such a portion of washing or cleansing product, and a washing or cleansing method.
