<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a metal plate made member with limited process, and without yielding a material loss at a low cost, wherein a disc like steel plate blank is used, and having a cylindrical shape boss part, a flange part integrally stretching out in all round outer direction of the boss part 1 and an inward facing collar part being pile-up formed at an inner periphery of the boss part at an axial direction intermediate part. SOLUTION: A half-finished good 4 having a cylindrical boss part 1 made of a thin disc like blank, and a flange part 2 integrally stretching out in all round outer side of the boss part is clamped between an upper die 6 (10, 14, 17) and a bottom die 8 (12, 16, 19). A squeezing punch 5 (9, 13) of the upper die is pushed into the boss part 1 from above and a squeezing punch 7 (11, 15) of the bottom die is pushed into the boss part 1 from the bottom respectively. Inner peripheral wall of the boss part 1 is thereby squeezed thin and an inward facing collar part 3 is piled up and formed in the axis center direction on the inner peripheral of an axial direction mid part of the boss part 1.</p> |
