PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in resolution, development margin and surface hardening properties and having a high sensitivity for UV rays until i ray, h ray and g ray by comprising a resin containing a specific addition-polymerizable compound, a resin-forming component, an essential optical polymerization initiator such as a diaminobenzophenone compound and the like and other optical polymerization initiator having sensitivity for the i ray. SOLUTION: This photopolymerizable resin composition consists of (A) a component comprising a resin and/or resin-forming component having >=100 deg.C boiling point at normal pressure and containing an addition-polymerizable compound having plural ethylene-based unsaturated groups in a molecule, (B) an essential photopolymerization initiator consisting of (i) a diaminobenzophenone compound expressed by formula I (R1 to R4 are each H or a 1-3C alkyl), (ii) an N-phenylglycine expressed by formula II (R5 is H or a 1-8C alkyl; R6 is a 1-8C alkyl; n is 0-5) and (iii) a 3,3',4,4'-tetra(alkylperoxycarbonyl)benzophenone expressed by formula III (R7 to R10 are each a 1-8C alkyl) and (C) other photopolymerization initiator having sensitivity to the i ray. |
