PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a coefficient of utilization of regenerated plastic without bringing about an increase in production cost. SOLUTION: A regenerated plastic composite housing 1 has a three-layered sandwich structure consisting of a virgin material 4 being an exterior member, the nonferrous metal material 2 held between the virgin material 4 and regenerated plastic 5 and the regenerated plastic 5 being an inner layer. A plurality of recessed parts are two-dimensionally formed to both surfaces of the nonferrous metal material 2. The projected parts caused by the surface roughness of both of the virgin material 4 and the regenerated plastic 5 and the recessed parts of both surfaces of the nonferrous metal material 2 are fitted to be closely bonded each other by pressing the virgin material 4 and the regenerated plastic 5 to the surfaces of the nonferrous metal material 2 to bond the virgin material 4, the nonferrous metal material 2 and the regenerated plastic.
