PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a table to a desired height much more easily than a table with a gear mechanism, and enable it to be disassembled and assembled by using springs as driving force to extend/contract legs to simplify the whole structure, and engaging fixing pins in plural holes bored in the extension/ contraction legs by a link mechanism. SOLUTION: In this case, a coil spring 19 is set inside an extension/ contraction leg 1, 2-(4), a U-letter pin 34a is engaged/removed with/from a hole 23a-23e bored in a slide part by a link mechanism for adjusting height of a top plate 12, and disassembling and assembling it are enabled. Since need of a power source is eliminated to simplify mechanisms, fewer troubles will occur, and as this is light and of an assemblage type, it can be easily transported. Manufacturing cost is much lower than those of other methods.
