PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw unit capable of precise feeding by combining corrective cam regardless of feed screw processing accuracy. SOLUTION: A bearing A4 and a bearing B5 are provided on both sides of a feed screw 1, and a correcting cam plate 8 is provided on a side surface of the bearings A4, B5. A nut 2 is held in a nut holder 3 by the bearings A4, B5. An extension spring 11 is equipped so as to make a profiling cam follower 10 at a tip end of a profiling arm 9 fixed on the end surface of the nut 2 contact on the upper surface of a corrective cam plate 8, and a screw shaft and the cam plate are equipped.
