PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the width of a body made of sheet metal so as to be equal to the width of a standard structure, and to perform production without obstacle, in a rocker arm of an offset structure. SOLUTION: In this rocker arm 1 of an offset structure provided with a cylindrical expanding part 13 as a attaching part of a valve adjust screw 6 so as to be offset with respect to a center in a width direction of a body 5 made or sheet metal, an escape part (opening window 20) for avoiding an abutment with the cylindrical expanding part 13 is provided on one side wall 8 of the body 5. Accordingly, in a case of an interval between a pair of side walls 8, 9 equal by small to an interval in a standard structure, when the pair of side walls 8, 9 of the body are bent, the cylindrical expanding part 13 is prevented from being obstacle, whereby the pair of side walls 8, 9 can be bent without obstacle.
