PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake duct capable of contributing to reduction in sound leak and preventing dust or water entering, ensuring the reliability for a long time, and being manufactured at relatively low cost. SOLUTION: The air intake duct is provided with a duct body A in which a tuning hole 11 is drilled in a duct 1 for introducing the outside atmosphere, and flange parts 2a, 2b projected outside the duct on both sides of the tuning hole are formed, a protector B in which collars 5a, 5b are formed on both sides of a bowl-like body 4, the upper face of which is open, and a thin-walled hinge part 6 for connecting one flange part 2a to one collar 5a, and the duct body A, the protector B, and the hinge part 6 are integrally formed by blow moulding. By folding other collar 5b over other flange part 2b around the hinge part 6 and engagingly locking them, the protector B covers the tuning hole 11 so that it allows the opening (k) of the bowl-like body 4 to face the tuning hole 11, and it provides a specified gap between the duct 1 and itself.
