PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void pipe which can be smoothly taken out from the concrete surface after solidification and reused after mold release. SOLUTION: A void pipe 1 for building a hollow portion by erecting to a form 2 for forming concrete is a hard hollow pipe core member 3 fixed to the form 2 and a cylindrical shape externally inserted to the hollow pipe core member 3 and a mold release layer 4a having releasability from concrete is formed at least on the outer surface, and its inner surface comprises an outer surface of the hollow pipe core member 3 and a freely deformable flexible cylinder 4 forming a mold release surface 4b having the mold releasability.
