PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce both a lightweight knit fabric capable of maintaining the thickness of the whole knit fabric, good in voluminous feeling, heating strain recovering properties and stability and excellent in air permeability by preventing the deformation of loops due to an inner strain according to knitting operations and forming the stable loops and a laminate using the knit fabric, having a smooth surface and good in appearance. SOLUTION: This knit fabric 1 is obtained by forming a connecting yarn 12 into loops, alternately connecting a front knitted fabric 11 to a back knitted fabric 13 with the loops and setting the intermediate part of the connecting yarn 12 nipped with the front knitted fabric 11 and the back knitted fabric 13 into an optional shape with an ultraviolet curing resin or other thermoplastic resins in the knit fabric 1 comprising the front knitted fabric 11, the back knitted fabric 13 and the connecting yarn 12 for mutually connecting the knitted fabrics 11 and 13.
