PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate insertion and ejection of refuse by respectively providing a refuse insertion opening and a discharge opening, which have case shapes with a circular or near-circular-polygonal cross section, in the upper part and the lower part, openable/closable by doors, journaling inside a scraping blade for pressing the refuse to the discharge opening, and rotating the scraping blade. SOLUTION: A refuse insertion opening 1 is opened diagonally upward in the upper half part of a case, and a door 3 is journalled openably/closably at the upper end. A slope bottom wall 17 is formed under it, a discharge opening 2 is opened downward, an opening bottom wall 19 is formed having a mountain-shaped cross section, a chute 21 is projected in its extending direction, and an auxiliary chute 22 is journalled to its tip. A main scraping blade 5 is mounted to a driving rotation shaft 23 bridged around an assumed circle in internally contact with one side of the slope bottom wall 17 and the opening bottom wall 19. A driven rotation shaft 25 is mounted near the top of the front surface of the case, a sub scraping blade 6 and a discharge door 4 are mounted. When the driving rotation shaft 23 is rotated clockwise, the discharge door 4 opens via an interlocking device, and the main and sub scraping blades 5, 6 discharge refuse.
