PURPOSE: A dispenser is provided to easily supply water to a water storage without detachment of the water storage or operation of a push switch. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser includes a water storage(10); a pipe(40); a motor(30); a bellows pipe(50) and a reverse rotation switch(100) to move drinking water outside of a refrigerator through the bellows pipe to the water storage. The water storage is installed in the refrigerator to store the drinking water. The pipe is connected with the water storage and extended to the outside. The motor pump is installed on the pipe to move the drinking water. The bellows pipe is extendably installed on an end of the pipe to discharge and take in the drinking water. The reverse rotation switch is activated as the bellows pipe is drawn out to drive the motor pump to rotate reversely.
