PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cooked material from being burned and a vessel main body from being broken. SOLUTION: A nonmagnetic metallic base material 11 and a heat generating member 12 composed of an magentostatic alloy material are integrally laminated and they are combined with a vessel main body 21. When temperature rises, the magnetic permeability of the heat generating member 12 is decreased to reduce the quantity of heat generation. Then, an induction heater 30 stops its operation to prevent the vessal main body 21 from being extremely superheated. |
