PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank wherein seal plates are prevented from being released when a disaster such as an earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: Flange parts 23 for joining are fixed with welding parts 24 on the outer peripheral edges of panel main bodies 22 of dividing panels 21 constituting a cylindrical body of a tank. The flange parts 23 for joining of each dividing panel 21 are joined together and are tied with a bolt 25 and a nut 26. Lining layers 27 are joined on the inside faces of the dividing panels 21 and seal plates 29 are joined with welded parts 30 on both lining layers 27. A bent part 29a is provided on the seal plates 29. The dividing panels 21 receive an external force in the separating direction, the bent part 29a is extended and there exists no possibility of that the welded parts 30 are broken.
