PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crop-dusting controller enabling crop-dusting control to be carried out by one operator without any human-initiated error even when changing a crop-dusting lane and being mounted on an unmanned helicopter. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with the following members and enables ON/OFF control of a dusting agent to automatically be carried out when changing a crop-dusting lane through steering control operation of a worker by judging fitness of the switching of a valve 8 on the basis of ladder steering quantity in a CPU 3: a crop-dusting signal receiver 1 for receiving crop-dusting control signals which are sent by operations of a worker on the ground through a remote control device; an operating signal receiver 2 for receiving operating signals sent from the remote control device; the CPU 3; an ON/OFF switching switch 4; a motor 5; a tank 6 for storing the dusting agent; a pump 7 driven by the motor 5; the valve 8 for controlling the opening and shutting of a passage for the dusting agent; a dusting nozzle 9 for the crop-dusting of the dusting agent over an objective region to be crop-dusted; and an indicator 10 for displaying operating condition signals by the CPU 3.
