PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging agent composition which can remain on the objective without unevenness in wiping and has stable antiseptic effect. SOLUTION: Provided is an antifogging agent composition comprising an alkanolamine and the main surfactant component being at least one anionic surfactant selected from sulfonic acid type anion surfactants and sulfuric acid ester type anionic surfactants, wherein the anionic surfactant is at least one member selected from a surfactant having at least two sulfonic acid groups, a surfactant having a sulfonic or sulfuric acid group and a hydroxyl group, and anα-sulfo-fatty acid type surfactant, and the counter ion of the sulfonic acid salt or sulfuric acid ester salt of the anionic surfactant is sodium.
