PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent strain and deformation while reducing a collision sound of a small stone sprung up by a tire by forming a fender liner installed in a fender part of a vehicle body out of a combination of a rigid part composed of a rigid material and a vibration damping part composed of a vibration damping/sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: A fender liner 10 is installed on an inside surface of a fender part of a vehicle body by a machine screw and a clip for protecting a fender part from a small stone and muddy water sprung up by a tire. This fender liner 10 is formed by integrally arranging an arch part 12 forming an almost semicircular shape along the inside surface of the fender part and overhang parts 13, 14 overhanging to the front/rear both end parts. While a front half part ranging to the front end from the top part vicinity of such an arch part 12 is formed of a rigid part 15 composed of a rigid material, a rear half part ranging to the rear end is formed of a vibration damping part 16 composed of a vibrations damping/sound absorbing material to thereby reduce a collision sound of a small stone while preventing strain and deformation by lack of rigidity.
