PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a resin pipe having a flange or the like and a bent shape by a simple process heating a resin pipe to temp. equal to or lower than the m.p. of a resin material over at least a bending processing region to bend the heated resin pipe into a predetermined shape. SOLUTION: A resin pipe has a pipe main body having a bent shape and the pipe accessory part protruded from the outer peripheral part of the pipe main boy. In a resin pipe manufacturing process, a mold 30 having a resin pipe forming cavity 38 equipped with a main gap 38a for forming the pipe main body into an almost linear shape and auxiliary gaps 38b-38d for forming the pipe accessory part is prepared. A process for injecting a molten resin material in the cavity 38 to mold a resin pipe having an almost linear pipe main body and the pipe accessory part, a process for detaching the resin pipe from the mold 30 after injection molding and a process for heating the resin pipe to temp. equal to or lower than the m.p. of the resin material over at least a bending processing region to bend the same into a predetermined shape are provided.
