PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the pressure loss and accumulation of particulates in an exhaust gas tube. SOLUTION: The direction SD of segments 112 is tilted in the opposite direction of a diagonal line L1 connecting the cooling water communicating paths 120b with respect to the longitudinal direction of an exhaust gas tube 110. Thus, since the cross angle between the direction SD of the segments 112 and the main flow of EGR gas becomes smaller, the pressure loss generated when the EGR gas circulates in the exhaust gas tube 110, can be reduced. Further, since particulates adhered to the segments 112 are separated by the EGR gas flow colliding with the wall face of the segments 112, and the particulates accumulated just below the rear flow of the segments 112 are forcedly allowed to flow down to the downstream by the EGR gas flow traversing between the segments 112, the particulates can be prevented from being accumulated in fins 111 (the exhaust gas tube 110).
