PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in moldability, impact resistance, thermal stability, wet heat resistance and recyclability while maintaining excellent flame retardance when flame retarding the polycarbonate resin with a nonhalogen compound. SOLUTION: This flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.2-10 pts.wt. of a core-shell type graft rubber-like elastomer, (C) 0.02-5 pts.wt. of an organic alkali metal salt and/or an organic alkaline earth metal salt and (D) 0.02-3 pts.wt. of a polyfluoroolefin resin. Furthermore, (E) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a functional group- containing silicone compound is preferably contained therein.
