PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container capable of simply and temporarily tacking a sheetlike lid onto the top surface of an outwardly directed flange of a container unit and surely hermetically sealing the upward opening surface of the peripheral wall of the container unit in the container for fermented soybeans comprising the container unit additionally equipped with the outwardly directed flange at the top of the peripheral wall and the sheetlike lid for hermetically sealing the upward opening surface of the peripheral wall of the container unit. SOLUTION: This container is obtained by fitting a part of a sheetlike lid 4 facing on through-holes 5 into the through-holes 5 bored in an outwardly directed flange 3 so that the part can be pulled out, thereby forming the sheetlike lid 4 on the top surface of the outwardly directed flange 3 so that the sheetlike lid 4 can temporarily be tacked onto the top surface of the outwardly directed flange 3 leaving a ventilating passage or previously carrying out the temporary tacking and thereby applying the sheetlike lid 4 to a prescribed position of the outwardly directed flange 3 so that the upward opening surface of the peripheral wall 2 of the container unit can easily, surely and hermetically sealed. |
