According to the present invention, when a disk package is inserted from an insertion port in X1 direction into a package loading area, an edge portion of a case comes into abutment with a receiving portion of a moving plate and moves from position (a) to position (b) together with the moving plate. At this time, a push-up piece of the moving plate pushes a to-be-pushed-up portion of a contact mechanism portion in Z2 direction, so that the contact mechanism portion is turned in beta2 direction from position (c) to (d). As a result, contacts come into abutment and hence into electrical connection with connection terminals of the disk package. Since this abutment is effected immediately before the loading of the disk package is completed, the contacts slide slightly on the connection terminals. Therefore, the contacts and the connection terminals are rubbed against each other to effect cleaning thereof, thus making inconveniences such as contact defect difficult to occur and ensuring connection of the contacts with the connection terminals.
