PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin composition excellent in impact resistance, rigidity and chemical resistance while maintaining excellent flame retardance when flame retarding the polycarbonate resin with a nonhalogen compound and a nonphosphorus compound. SOLUTION: This flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition comprising (A) 1-99 wt.% of a polycarbonate and (B) 1-99 wt.% of a thermoplastic polyester, (C) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a polyfluoroolefin resin and (D) 1-400 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer and/or (E) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a functional group-containing silicone compound. Furthermore, (F) 1-50 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler is preferably contained therein.
